Product Care
TEAK
Teak has special qualities that make it ideal for outdoor use. The natural oil present within teak prevents water from seeping into the wood. It requires very little care or maintenance to last decades.
TEAK CARE
Teak only needs some basic cleaning with soapy water. Use a non-metallic brush to gently scrub the surface of the wood. Scrub in the same direction as the grain. You should not apply much force. Afterwards, use a garden hose to rinse off the teak furniture with water. Don’t use high water pressure as that can damage the wood.
Some items arrive with adhesive labels to mark assembly points. Clean with soapy water and a cloth to remove any residue once labels have been peeled away. Wipe with a dry cloth.
Wipe up spilled liquids immediately. Some liquids such as coffee and red wine might get into the wood. Contact us straight away for advice on how best to remove light and deeper stains.
Hot objects must never be placed directly on table tops.
In the winter months we recommend to shelter or cover outdoor furniture.
At least once a year, check the main fastening bolts are tightly secured.

CUSHIONS, SEATING AND BACK RESTS
All our cushioning systems are manufactured out of Quick Dry Foam.
Quick Dry Foam unlike normal foam has large open pores which permit maximum air circulation to allow quick dry time.
All our cushions are covered using Sunbrella® fabric which is engineered to combine the highest level of design, performance and water resistance. For easy day-to-day maintenance of your Sunbrella® fabric:
- Brush off loose dirt.
